This feeling of nostalgia and pureness that Leyte-based pop duo Reon brings us with their latest release, "Back To The Times".
Listening to the song for the first time instantly transports you to the sweet bygone days of your youth. Reon's whole aesthetic is fitting for the story of this track. Reanne Borela and Noah Alejandre both present themselves as artists full of that child-like nature that many of us have lost growing up. "Back To The Times" is a breath of fresh air in this sea of negativity with its light-hearted lyrics about simpler times.
The production of the song complements the theme and story of the track perfectly. The instrumentals can only be described as a sort of time machine that takes you back. Noah Alejandre worked alongside award-winning producer Xerxes Bakker, who has worked with artists like Snoop Dogg and Imagine Dragons.
