The song was originally released on October 2 last year and has since already garnered close to a million streams which eventually prompted the artist to release a music video on February 22nd.
The production on the track provides a great stage for the message to shine. According to Yung Rizzo the production came naturally for this track and once he was able to layer the beat alongside the vocals, the rest was history. The beat is reminiscent of an old-school Hip-Hop track, bringing in trumpets gave a triumphant feel to the production which was then layered with the artist's traditional rapping style.
